There’s a moment in this work when the truth drops in.
The energy clicks. The body listens.
But without the foundation to hold it… the clarity can feel fleeting.
This is where embodiment becomes everything.
When Energy Lands, But the Body Isn’t Ready
There’s a fine line between truth and vanity when it comes to energetic awakening. We often talk about alignments, downloads, or spiritual insights as signs of expansion but what if we’re skipping steps?
When something powerful comes through and we see, sense or hear it, it’s way too easy to believe that’s all there is.
But I often find myself asking:
What is the purpose of this message?
Because the truth isn’t just about what’s received, it’s about what your body can hold.
The vanity of “sight” is believing insight is enough.
But real transformation comes when the body is part of the process.
Why You Can’t Dismiss Any Part of You
There’s a tendency to dismiss the physical when doing energy work, as if the body is in the way. But we are human for a reason.
You can’t dismiss your senses. You can’t bypass the nervous system. You can’t ignore your breath. Because the foundation of your energy body is your physical body.
Once you start building your body vocabulary, it transfers directly into your energy vocabulary.
It becomes harder to be knocked off-centre or to mistrust yourself.
Embodiment is when you don’t question your intuition, you feel into your knowing whole heartedly.
Frequency Meets Form
It’s not that the messages aren’t real. It’s that they arrive at the level of your vibration.
So your ability to receive clearly depends on your ability to be present in your body.
You cannot receive high-vibration truth while disconnected from your form. Just like consciousness exists at different levels, so do your senses and so do your messages.
You can only receive messages within the vibration of your embodiment.
This is why energetic and physical integration matters.
It’s not about climbing levels, it’s about learning to differentiate.
To attune.
To trust.
Why Awakening Needs Nurturing
Think about a human baby. When it’s born, it doesn’t simply stand up and walk. It takes time, months of growing, learning, integrating reflexes before its body is ready to move in the world.
The same is true for your energy body and reflexes.
Your energetic reflexes need time, space and nurturing to grow, just like a new born.
When a new part of your awareness awakens, it’s like a new born. It needs patience, care, and gentle support to develop. Your energetic system, just like your physical and nervous systems has its own reflexes that must integrate to find balance and safety.
