This 60-minute session welcomes both new and returning clients. It offers a gentle yet powerful space to explore your energy, reconnect with your body, and begin (or continue) your journey back to your natural flow. Through an intuitive, holistic approach, we’ll work together to support alignment, release, and integration, meeting you exactly where you are in this moment. How to Prepare for Your Online Session: - Please ensure your camera is positioned to capture your full body, and have headphones or speakers ready for clear audio. - Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows free movement, shifts may naturally arise. - Set up a quiet, undisturbed space where you feel safe and relaxed. You may wish to add soft lighting, a blanket, or calming scents to create a nurturing environment. - Choose a comfortable surface where you can lie down fully, such as a bed, yoga mat, or massage table. - Stay hydrated before and after your session to support your body’s energy flow. - Allow extra time afterward to rest and integrate.
