How to Prepare for Your Online Group Session

Each session is a space to return to your body, soften your system, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. To get the most from it, please take a moment to prepare your space and body with care. Before we begin Your space: Be in a quiet, private place where you won’t be disturbed. Set up somewhere you can lie down comfortably, a yoga mat, bed, or couch works well. Treat this time as sacred, soften the lighting, light a candle if you feel called, and allow the space to feel calm and nurturing. What to bring: Water to stay hydrated Tissues (in case emotions arise) A journal or paper for notes or reflections What to wear: Wear something comfortable and non-restrictive, you may stretch, move, or shift positions throughout the session. Tech tips: Camera on - Please ensure I can see your full body (ideally head to knees) Lighting - Soft but clear lighting helps me see you without harshness Audio - Headphones or a headset help you hear subtle guidance, music, and energetic cues The more intentionally you arrive and honour this time as yours, the deeper the experience can go.
